“It happened just like it does in every movie. The front door to the theater swung open and there he was. I still remember what he was wearing: a white buttoned up shirt with sunglasses. My entire brain was screaming to act cool and… he pulled his glasses off. I couldn’t help it. My dream boy was walking into the theater and I was basically covered in popcorn butter. I immediately became extremely self conscious of everything I was doing, wearing and oh my gosh… I’m in a hideous Movie Theater polo and horrid black pants. As he walked toward the counter the socially savvy part of my mind went blank. I just stared at him my heart was thudding in my chest and I knew I looked like a total creep. His eyes, his hair and even the way his mouth moved. But, for some reason I couldn’t pull it together enough to actually speak. Wait, he was saying something.It didn’t take me long to figure out that he, too, was an employee. And as fast as I had prepared to quit, I knew I had to stay. This boy was going to be mine.”

These two eventually started dating and, after a few ups and downs, Jared proposed to her in the same movie theater where they met.
